Exercise during pregnancy



Pregnancy can deplete energy, exercises such as walking strengthen and tone muscle and rejuvenate women to carry on with their day –top – day task with less strain.
Additionally exercise improves overall blood circulation and keeps energy levels high. Childbirth is a difficult process and exercise during pregnancy can help increase endurance3 and muscle control, which are necessary for delivery.
